SOFT DROPS
Loading System - to load - boxes connected to the injection presses. By using this system the loading operation is accomplished whilst reducing the possibility of dents on the preforms to the minimum. The system has been designed to reach outputs of up to 60.000 preforms/hour, whilst being connected to injection machine. One of the main advantages of this system is that it to pack 10% more preforms respect the traditional loading systems. |
PREFORM CONVEYORS
With these conveyors it is now possible to safely feed the blowing-machines whilst keeping under strict control the whole process. The main structure is in stainless steel AISI 304 complete with upper covers and controlled by frequency inverters. These conveyors were designed in order to avoid any jam and therefore damage to the preforms, they are normally installed when the loading point is not near the blowing-machine. |
